Six parts of one pipeline, explained separately.

Most outbound stacks are four tools that do not know about each other. MyLeadTeam is one pipeline with a person standing in the middle of it. Here is each part, on its own page, with what it does and what it does not.

No payment method. No recurring charge. Your own SMTP, your own data.

The pipeline

Find, understand, approve, then send.

The order matters more than the feature list. Every part hands its output to the next one, and the third handoff goes through a person.

  1. 01

    Find

Scout searches by niche and location, or you bring a CSV. Leads land in a pool and wait; nothing is researched automatically.

  2. 02

    Understand

Research crawls each site and Strategist picks the angle, drawing on a knowledge base that grows with every campaign.

  3. 03

    Approve

Writer drafts the sequence. An AI-written campaign stops here until a person reads it, edits it and approves it.

  4. 04

    Send and listen

Sender delivers through your own mailboxes on a gradual ramp. Replies, bounces and opt-outs are handled without anyone watching an inbox.

FAQ

Before you read six pages

No. The parts are connected but not compulsory. You can bring your own list by CSV and skip discovery entirely, or write your own template campaign and skip the AI drafting. What you cannot skip is the sending layer: MyLeadTeam always sends through mailboxes you connect yourself, because sender reputation is the one thing the platform will not take out of your hands.
