For owners of small B2B firms in Ireland and the UK
A short list of the right firms each week, without writing every first email from scratch.
You know the offer and you sell it yourself. MyLeadTeam reads each company’s website and drafts the first emails. You check the research, change what you like and approve every email before it leaves your own mailbox.
Invite-only early access today. When signup opens: a 7-day trial with 25 AI-processed leads.
The plan that usually fits
Starter$59 / month
- 1 project, 1 user: one brand, one person
- 100 AI-processed leads a month
- 2,000 contacts · 5,000 emails a month
- Your own mailboxes, not counted
01A realistic week
What a normal week with it looks like.
One owner, one mailbox, 25 companies. An example, not a customer result.
01Monday
Pick the companies
Import a spreadsheet of firms you already know, or search by kind of business and area, such as precision engineering firms in Greater Manchester. Put the 25 worth writing to into an AI campaign, and research starts on each company's website.
Importing uses contacts, not AI-processed leads. The 25 companies in the campaign use 25 of Starter's 100 AI-processed leads this month.
02Tuesday
Check the research, approve the drafts
Open Review. For each company you see what it publishes about itself and the AI's reading of it (a trigger, a likely pain), marked for you to check, next to the first draft email. Change any word, then approve. Follow-ups come back to you later, one by one. A company with no website gets no research and no draft.
Approved emails are queued inside the sending hours you set for the campaign, from the mailbox you connected.
03Wednesday to Friday
Answer the replies
MyLeadTeam checks your mailbox for replies every 5 minutes and labels each one, for example interested, question or out of office. A reply stops that person's remaining emails in the campaign and waits for you. You answer from the thread, and it goes from the mailbox the conversation started on.
A newly connected mailbox starts at 10 emails a day and adds 5 a day, so the first emails go out over the first few days, with follow-ups days apart.
02Follow one company
One company, from your list to its reply.
Ledger & Co, a Manchester accountancy practice, writes to local manufacturers. Example records, not a customer.

Hi Siobhan, saw Brennan is hiring three CNC machinists - month-end usually gets heavier as a team grows.
Would you be open to a quick chat sometime? Worth a 15-minute call about taking payroll and month-end off your plate?
Built on the trigger in the research. Check it before you approve.

Timing is good actually. Could we talk Tuesday or Wednesday next week? Our current bookkeeper is retiring.

03Before you start
Four things to have ready.
None of them is bought from MyLeadTeam. Your mailbox and domain stay with your email provider.
- Your offer in one sentence
- Who you help and with what. It goes into your project's profile, and the drafts are written from it. You can fill the profile from your own website.
- A mailbox you can connect with a password
- Any provider with SMTP and IMAP. Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 connect with an app password; there is no Google or Microsoft sign-in button. IMAP is how replies reach MyLeadTeam.
- SPF, DKIM and DMARC on the sending domain
- MyLeadTeam checks all three when you connect the mailbox and again every day. A mailbox whose SPF check fails does not send.
- Ideally, a separate sending domain
- It keeps your main domain out of harm's way. MyLeadTeam raises volume slowly on each mailbox but has no warmup network, so a brand-new domain may need a warmup service first.
04What it doesn’t do
Better you hear it here than find out later.
- No LinkedIn, phone or SMS
- Email only, from your own mailboxes.
- Not for mass sending
- Each mailbox sends within its own daily limit (30 unless you change it), after a slow start.
- No CRM sync
- Nothing syncs to a CRM, and there is no Zapier or public API. You can export your leads as a CSV file.
- No weekday rules yet
- Sending hours are a time zone plus start and end times, so a campaign can also send at weekends.
