Integrations

A short list, and the reasons it is short.

MyLeadTeam talks to fewer things than an integration marketplace would like you to expect. Everything below is in the product today, and the section further down names what is deliberately missing, so you can rule the product out in two minutes rather than in two weeks.

The real list

Eight things the platform actually talks to.

Each one is here because a part of the pipeline stops working without it. None of them is a logo on a grid.

Anthropic Claude

Two models, split by job. Haiku 4.5 handles the high-volume work: research and reply classification. Sonnet 5 handles strategy, writing and analysis, where the output is read by a person before it goes anywhere.

Google Places API

Text Search New, used to discover businesses by niche and location. Results are cached for 7 days, so refining a search does not repeat every lookup behind it.

Voyage AI

voyage-3-lite at 512 dimensions, used to embed the knowledge base so a campaign can be written against your own material rather than against a generic prompt.

Your SMTP

Campaign mail leaves through mailboxes you connect: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or any SMTP provider. Passwords are encrypted with AES-256-GCM at rest, and there is no shared sending pool between you and the recipient.

Your IMAP

Replies and bounces are read from the same mailboxes, polled every 5 minutes. Nobody has to sit in an inbox for a reply to be matched back to the lead it belongs to.

Platform SMTP

A separate route for the product's own mail: address verification, password resets and team invitations. It never carries campaign email, so a system message cannot borrow your sending reputation.

Crawling infrastructure

Playwright and Chromium render pages that need JavaScript before anything is read from them. Bright Data Web Unlocker is an optional fallback for sites that refuse a plain request.

CSV and Sentry

CSV is the only data exchange format: leads come in, the suppression list goes out. Sentry monitors errors in the platform itself, so a broken job is noticed here rather than reported by you.

Before you commit

What is not here

An integrations page is most useful when it is read as a list of exclusions. These six are the ones that end evaluations, so they belong above the fold rather than in a support article.

No CRM integration

HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive are not connected in either direction. There is no field mapping, no sync and no queue of records waiting to reconcile after someone edits a lead.

No Zapier, Make or n8n

MyLeadTeam is not exposed to an automation platform, so bridging it to something else that way is not an option either. The gap is real rather than a wording problem.

No public API and no webhooks

There is no customer-facing API, and nothing is pushed outward when an event happens. If your plan depends on another system reacting to a reply, that plan does not work here.

Email only

There is no LinkedIn channel, no SMS and no calling. There is no calendar integration and no automatic meeting booking either: a reply that wants a call is handed to you, not to a scheduler.

Apollo has been removed

Apollo was taken out of the product. It is named here so an older screenshot does not imply otherwise. There is no Apollo connection in either direction, and a list exported from it arrives as a CSV like any other file.

Stripe is present but switched off

Stripe code exists in the repository and billing is deliberately inactive. Nothing charges a card today. We would rather say that plainly than leave a payment integration implied on a page like this.

FAQ

What a list of logos never tells you.

No. There is no CRM integration in either direction, and none through Zapier, Make or n8n. HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive records are neither read nor written. The exchange with the outside world is deliberately narrow: leads arrive as a CSV of up to 20,000 rows with automatic column mapping and deduplication, and the suppression list leaves as a CSV export. That is a genuine limitation rather than a phrasing one, so if two-way sync is a requirement, treat it as a reason to wait.

Get started

A short integration list, honestly labelled.

Connect one mailbox, import one CSV and find out whether a narrow surface is a problem for the way you work. Everything missing is named above, not buried.

No payment method or recurring charge during early access.
