For agencies running outbound for client brands

Every client brand in its own project. Every morning in one place.

Each project holds one brand’s offer, ideal customer, mailboxes and campaigns. Your team filters drafts and replies by brand, and each brand sends only from its own mailboxes.

Projects separate the work, not access: everyone in your organisation can open every project.

Invite-only early access today. When signup opens: a 7-day trial with 25 AI-processed leads.

01A morning across three brands

Clear each brand’s replies and drafts, one brand at a time.

Say you are Aoife Kelly at Northlight Growth in Galway, running two client brands and your own acquisition. Example records, not a customer.

  1. 01

    Ledger & Co Accountants

Filter Replies by the project: 3 to answer. The first is Siobhan Carter at Brennan Precision, labelled Interested. Her remaining emails in the campaign stopped when the reply arrived. You answer from the thread, and it goes from tom@ledgerandco.example, the mailbox the conversation started on. Then open Review, filtered the same way, and go through the brand's 12 drafts.

  2. 02

    Harbour Dental Group

Switch the filter. 5 drafts wait, written from Harbour's own offer and ideal customer, and its campaign can only send from the mailbox connected to Harbour's project. One reply to answer.

  3. 03

    Northlight Growth

Your own acquisition is a project too: 2 replies. Yesterday Paul Greaves of Greaves Fabrication replied to a Ledger & Co email asking to be removed, so his address is now blocked for every brand, Northlight included.

02What a project keeps apart

Separate per brand. Shared across the organisation.

Kept apart in each project

Offer and ideal customer
The project profile the drafts are written from: what the brand sells, to whom, pains, value and tone.
Documents
Files you upload for that brand, or for every project if you choose.
Leads and saved searches
Each brand's companies and its daily or weekly searches.
Mailboxes
A campaign sends only from mailboxes connected to its own project.
Campaigns, drafts and replies
Review and Replies filter by project, so you work one brand at a time.

Shared by every project

People and roles
Everyone in the organisation can open every project. Roles apply to the whole organisation.
The suppression list
An unsubscribe, an opt-out reply or a bounce for one brand blocks that address for all of them.
Plan limits
AI-processed leads, contacts, emails, projects and users are counted for the whole organisation.

03Access and opt-outs

Projects are not client logins.

There are no per-project permissions, so you cannot give a client a login that shows only their brand. If a client must log in, give that brand its own organisation, with its own team and plan.

Plan for this: suppression is organisation-wide. If two clients target the same companies, an unsubscribe from one client’s email stops the other’s emails to that address too.

Roles, for the whole organisation

Owner and admin
Manage the team, invitations and settings, and do everything a member can.
Member
Create and edit projects, leads, campaigns and drafts, and answer replies.
Viewer
Read everything, change nothing.

Invite people by email with a role. While signup is closed, only someone who already has a MyLeadTeam account can accept an invitation.

Questions

What agencies ask first.

Can my client log in and see only their brand?
No. Projects keep brands apart in lists and filters, but everyone in the organisation can open every project, and roles apply to the whole organisation. If a client needs their own login, set that brand up as a separate organisation with its own team and plan. You can belong to several organisations and switch between them.
If someone unsubscribes from one client's email, what happens to the others?
The address is blocked for every brand in your organisation. Unsubscribes, opt-out replies and bounces all go on one organisation-wide list, which is checked before every send, whichever project the address came from.
Can each brand send from its own domain?
Yes. Connect each brand's mailboxes to its project. A campaign sends only from mailboxes connected to its project, and a reply goes from the mailbox the conversation started on.
How do I bring my team in?
Invite them by email with a role: owner, admin, member or viewer. While signup is closed, only someone who already has a MyLeadTeam account can accept an invitation.
Are plan limits per project?
No. AI-processed leads, contacts and emails are counted for the whole organisation, so a busy brand uses allowance the others would have had. Invitations not yet accepted count as users.
